CONTEXT

WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

For its 100th anniversary, STARMIX gave itself a unique gift: seven standalone films that come together as one complete story. The result moves between corporate portrait and industry magazine – bringing together partners, employees, machines, and philosophy on equal footing. It tells the story of a company that has grown over generations.

The goal: not just to look back at the past, but to create a picture that also speaks to future employees – honest, multi-layered, and identity-shaping.

HOW IT ALL CAME TOGETHER

Filmed over several weeks, closely interwoven with the company’s daily operations and in dialogue with long-time employees, the management team, and external partners.

The challenge lay not only in the scope of the production, but in reflecting the many voices of the company.

The result is a modular film concept that can be flexibly used – at trade fairs, in recruiting, and in internal communication.

Deliverables:

  • Seven individual films on topics such as history, production, philosophy, and partnerships

  • One complete film (11 minutes) that brings the anniversary to life emotionally

  • Photo documentation as a visual thread for website, events, and press work
