CONTEXT

For One Nation – a community built on sport, healthy food, and a shared mindset – the goal was to create a visual language that truly matched their energy. Less cliché, more impact. Raw, aesthetic, and authentic.

The final product would appear both on the subway displays of the Munich U-Bahn and across their social media channels. The challenge? Simple, yet demanding:

“Press everything we want to say into just ten seconds – because that’s all we’ve got.”

HOW IT ALL CAME TOGETHER

One day shoot. Three setups. Full responsibility for story, visuals, and rhythm.

I worked mainly handheld or on a gimbal, using steady tele shots to contrast the raw intensity of the training scenes with the positive, healthy atmosphere of the café and restaurant.

From intense close-ups of muscle and motion against a black backdrop, to slow-motion food moments that turn nutrition into energy, to authentic group scenes in their own space – every shot was designed to be felt before it’s understood.

The result:

  • 1 Hero Clip for digital out-of-home (10 seconds)

  • 3 Social Media Reels (15 seconds each)

  • A cohesive visual package with a strong, recognisable style
