For Hohenthanner Schlossbrauerei, the task was a one-day production: an image film for their Grünhopfen craft beer, a brew with a window so short it almost doesn't exist.

What made this shoot special: we started at dawn, in the field, at the harvest. From there we followed the entire craft, picking the hops, separating the cones, delivery, weighing, processing. Interviews with the managing director and the brewmaster, and every shot in between. The full chain, in a single day, captured while it was still happening.

Raw, handmade, real. No staging, just the process as it actually unfolds, from vine to vat.

The result? The film ran during Grünhopfen's brief sales window and drove demand so hard the beer sold out before the season was even over.
